We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with light snacks and pastries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating high-quality coffee drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to make recommendations as needed
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Uphold company standards for quality, consistency, and efficiency in beverage preparation
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours may vary based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. As this role involves standing for extended periods of time, physical stamina is required.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
