We are a well-established restaurant located in the picturesque city of Bansko, seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and assist with any dietary restrictions
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Handle payments and process them accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
