Puncher - Metal Fabrication Specialist

As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining metal fabrication equipment to punch holes in various materials. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This is a full-time position located in Pula, with the salary starting at $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punching machines and other metal fabrication equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure proper set up and calibration of machines
- Select appropriate tools and materials for each job
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and repairs
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, specifically punching operations
- Familiarity with various types of metals, tools, and machinery used in fabrication processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience in operating CNC punching machines
- Knowledge of programming software for CNC machines is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred but not required
