Entry-Level Florist


We are seeking a passionate and creative Entry-Level Florist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the floral industry and has a strong interest in flowers, plants, and design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets based on client requests
- Select and purchase fresh flowers from suppliers
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and materials
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their flower selection
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with floral design for events or special projects as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and plants
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays if needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred but not required
- Training or certification in floral design is a plus but not required

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Lithuania.

Contract:
This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
