Florist Assistant



As a Florist Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. You will work closely with the head florist to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include processing and arranging flowers, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for flowers and a creative eye for design. You should have some experience working with flowers and basic knowledge of different types of flowers and their care. Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head florist in creating stunning floral arrangements for weddings, parties, and other events
- Process and arrange flowers according to specific design requests
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking orders
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with deliveries as needed
- Help with general shop tasks such as restocking shelves and arranging displays

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Experience working with flowers preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to take direction from head florist
- Must be physically fit as the job may require lifting heavy objects

This is an entry-level position with room for growth within our florist business. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship for non-Lithuanian nationals who meet our job requirements. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
