We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant - Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for company executives
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos or newsletters
- Keep accurate records of office expenses and manage reimbursements
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, including conference rooms and common areas
- Support HR functions, such as tracking employee vacation time and maintaining personnel records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
$1400 per month
This is a contract position suitable for men. Applicants must have their own visa. English proficiency is not required.
