Restaurant Manager for International Cuisine Restaurant in Clairvaux

Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with company standards
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies as needed
- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet financial goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams towards success
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software programs
- Biometric passport required
- Experience managing international cuisine restaurants preferred
Salary: $1400/month
