Job Title: Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Chelyabinsk. Your main role will be to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff management, are running smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties will include creating and implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising staff, handling customer complaints and concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management or a similar position. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers. Experience in budgeting and financial management is also required to monitor expenses and maximize profits.

This is a temporary position without accommodation provided, so you must have your own accommodation arrangements in Chelyabinsk.
