We are currently hiring for the position of Barista at our coffee shop located in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks in accordance with customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including brewing equipment, tables, and counters
- Take customer orders and handle payments using our POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the quality of our products
- Maintain inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Collaborate with team members to create new drink recipes or promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, coffee blends, and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
