IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Balzers. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and strategy of our company. Your main duties will include managing our IT staff, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all company hardware, software, and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies to increase productivity
- Create and manage budgets for all IT projects and expenses
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security protocols
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR or CCPA

This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month. Indians are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. English language skills are not required for this role.
