Experienced Gardener

As an experienced Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying the gardens of our clients in Manama. You will utilize your knowledge and skills in horticulture to create and maintain stunning outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement garden plans based on client preferences and site conditions
- Plant, prune, and maintain various types of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases, taking appropriate measures to control them
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, weeding, and fertilizing
- Install and repair irrigation systems as needed
- Keep garden equipment clean and well-maintained
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or events

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and gardening techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for creating well-manicured gardens
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Preferred:
- Certification or training in horticulture or landscaping
- Knowledge of local plants and climate conditions in Manama
