Courier Delivery Associate

As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your main duties will include loading and unloading packages from your vehicle, planning the most efficient route for deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. This position does not require any previous experience and is open to individuals of all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle
- Plan the most efficient route for deliveries
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or issues
- Report any delivery or package issues to supervisor
- Ensure all packages are properly secured during transportation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan routes efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with GPS devices or maps for navigation purposes
- Fluency in English preferred, but not required
Salary: $1200 per month
