We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control machines to produce high-quality precision machined parts. You will work with a variety of materials, such as metals and plastics, to create complex shapes and designs as per specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC programming and operating, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Interpret technical drawings and program the machine accordingly
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
- Keep track of production records and report any deviations or delays

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming and operating
- Familiarity with G-code programming language is a plus
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Croatia
