Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm in Porto is seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as warehouses, factories, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient spaces that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site evaluations and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for construction projects
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct inspections during construction to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Make adjustments or revisions to designs as needed based on client feedback or site conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in industrial building design and construction projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Porto (Candidates must be willing/able to relocate if not currently residing in Porto)
