We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying and be able to work independently. This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys for construction, engineering, or mapping purposes
- Use various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to collect accurate data
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety regulations while working on construction sites or in remote locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using land surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of topography, boundary laws, and legal requirements related to land surveying
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrain
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
