Corporate Attorney

We are a leading law firm based in Al-Khor, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Attorney to join our team. As an English-speaking attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients on corporate matters. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate law
- Excellent knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Experience with visa sponsorship preferred
- Freshers with exceptional academic background may also be considered

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on legal matters related to corporate transactions, contracts, compliance, and other business operations
- Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to junior attorneys
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure efficient delivery of services
