Construction Manager for Residential Projects in Nizwa, Oman



Our company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential projects in the city of Nizwa, Oman. This position is suitable for Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have previous experience in construction management.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations and managing a team of contractors and subcontractors. You will also need to ensure that projects are completed within the specified timeframe and budget while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in residential projects. You must possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with different stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is also preferred.
