Babysitter

Position: Babysitter
Location: US (preference for candidates who are already residing in the US)

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to provide childcare services for our family. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with children, be reliable and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for the children
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote physical, mental and social development
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Help with homework and assist with educational activities
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Follow the family's rules and routines set by the parents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or in a similar childcare role
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and other caregivers
- Strong understanding of child development stages and methods of care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be reliable, punctual, patient, and responsible
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required

Working hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We are looking for someone who can work up to 20 hours per week.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
