We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture. A competitive salary of 1000$ will be offered to the right candidate. This position is open to individuals with valid work visas.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train restaurant staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain budget and control expenses effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon restaurant procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture
- Ability to manage a multicultural team
- Proven track record in increasing sales and managing expenses effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
