Heavy Equipment Operator



Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Acre, Canada. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operating heavy equipment and possess a valid license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety regulations and company policies
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as checking fluid levels and inspecting for damages
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to project timelines and meet production goals
- Troubleshoot any issues with the equipment and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Ensure proper storage of equipment at the end of each shift

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or graders
- Valid driver's license and Class A CDL preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per week. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions. This job does not provide accommodation, therefore we are looking for someone with their own visa.
