Facade Technician

A leading construction company in Shan is seeking an experienced Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing exterior building facades. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble exterior building facades according to specifications and safety standards
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with facades, including leaks or damage
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working at heights
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Facade Technician or in a similar role
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan, Egypt (preference for Egyptian candidates)

Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week)
