Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge or interest in caregiving is preferred
- Must have a valid visa to work in Svalbard
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards the elderly or disabled population
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Physically able to lift and assist clients
