Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, with knowledge of relevant software and equipment. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports. A degree in surveying or a related field is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in land surveying. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, without accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps and reports
- Create detailed drawings and measurements for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements
- Keep accurate records of survey data
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in relevant software like AutoCAD or GIS
- Knowledge of land surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
