Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet the client's requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress of construction to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month with the possibility for growth. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Biometric passport is required for this position.
