Architectural Designer

We are a dynamic and growing architectural firm seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Balzers. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that all designs meet the project requirements and budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop schematic designs, construction drawings, and 3D models for various projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with team members on design concepts and solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
