Restaurant Manager - Contract Position (Muharraq, Bahrain)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Muharraq, Bahrain on a contract basis. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing the restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, managing inventory and budget, and ensuring quality control
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance of the restaurant
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
