Executive Chef - International Cuisine (English Speaking)
We are a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Remish, seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for international cuisine. As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing our kitchen operations and creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase the best of global flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design new menus featuring international cuisine options
- Oversee and manage all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all dishes prepared
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly
- Create special dishes for events and seasonal menus
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu prices accordingly to maintain profitability

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions when necessary
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Valid work permit or visa for working in Remish

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$, as well as opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must already have their own accommodation arranged.
