Architectural Designer - Beer-Sheva, Israel

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural designs for various residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create 3D models of designs to help clients visualize the final product
- Work with engineers to ensure designs meet safety and building codes
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients or team members
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients regularly
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Israel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
