Office Manager for Biometric Passport Office in Eschen, India
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our biometric passport office located in Eschen, India. As an Indian national, you will have a strong understanding of local customs and government processes, as well as fluency in regional languages.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating with government agencies and stakeholders, and overseeing the work of support staff. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Your primary duties will include maintaining accurate records of all office activities, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time, and managing the schedules of our team members. You will also be responsible for providing support to clients who are applying for biometric passports by answering questions about the application process and verifying their identification documents.
