Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the US. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality workmanship from start to finish. You will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors and subcontractors, as well as communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in scope
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound decision-making abilities
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: $1300 per month
