Contract Construction Manager - US


We are currently hiring a highly qualified and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in the US. As the Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for overseeing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and resource allocation
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Oversee subcontractors’ work and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on the project site

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
