Job Title: Senior Architect - Oslo, Norway



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from concept development to construction completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative design solutions that meet client requirements and project goals.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including plans, models, and visualizations.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and ensure design feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Provide guidance to junior architects and oversee their work.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other similar software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with construction documents and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Norway or other Nordic countries.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles.

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
