Entry Level Baker


We are a well-established bakery located in Ar-Ruwais, seeking an entry level Baker to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. As an Entry Level Baker, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and baking of various baked goods. Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Bake and decorate various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for consistency and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Must have basic English speaking skills for communication with team members
- Must be able to work on a contract basis
- A passion for baking and eagerness to learn new techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs

Preferred:
- Culinary or baking education or certification
- Experience in a professional bakery setting
