Title: Handyman (Contract)


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other handy skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing minor damages.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and identify any potential issues or repairs needed.
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
