Event Moderator


As an Event Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating and moderating discussions, debates, and presentations at various events. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. You will also be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and on time, while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Introduce speakers and panelists at events
- Facilitate discussions and Q&A sessions
- Keep track of time to ensure events stay on schedule
- Monitor audience engagement and participation
- Maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere at all times
- Address any technical difficulties or issues that may arise during events
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure all necessary materials are prepared
- Communicate with speakers, panelists, and attendees before and after events to gather feedback
- Stay up-to-date on relevant industry topics in order to effectively moderate discussions

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience as a moderator or public speaker is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to unexpected situations
- Proficient with technology (microphones, projectors, etc.)
- Flexible schedule, as some events may take place in the evenings or on weekends

Salary: 1100$ per month + accommodation provided
