Experienced Baker in Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Utena, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking items in ovens, and decorating finished products. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs or batters according to recipes
- Shape dough into loaves or rolls and place them into ovens for baking
- Decorate finished products with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust controls as needed
- Check the quality of ingredients before baking to ensure freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with other bakers and kitchen staff to ensure timely production of baked goods

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker preferred but not required
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Experience with using commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good time-management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings
Salary: $1700 per month
