Architectural Designer (St-Petersburg, India)


We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans for various projects. You will also be required to collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet all requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans based on client requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create 2D and 3D models.
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and techniques in order to incorporate them into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: 1600$ per month
