As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Chelyabinsk, Russia. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and time constraints while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects in Chelyabinsk, Russia
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Supervise a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Review project drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with external consultants and partners as required
- Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
