Smelter Operator
We are currently seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of smelting equipment and be able to follow safety procedures and protocols. The main responsibility of this role is to operate the smelting machinery, monitor the process, and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor the smelting process and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality production
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of materials used in the smelting process
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies or issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with smelting equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to smelting operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Preferred:
- Experience working in a contract position
- Canadian nationality
- Fluency in English
