Office Administrator - Sheduva, Egypt
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Sheduva, Egypt. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to our employees, and ensuring efficient office functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with document preparation and filing
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain records of office expenses and manage budget
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
1200$ per month
