Administrative Assistant - Sheduva, Lithuania
Our company, located in Sheduva, Lithuania, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, perfect for students or Indians looking for work in the city.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Liaise with clients and vendors as needed
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to work independently and within a team
