Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer experience.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain financial records and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of Filipino cuisine.
- Fluency in English.

Salary: 1200$
