Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Atlanta. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the company's sensitive information and ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security systems, networks, and applications for potential vulnerabilities or threats
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security issues
- Investigate security incidents, determine root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain security controls
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and trends in the information security field

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or related field
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification preferred
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (open to candidates from Canada or other countries)
