Head Librarian

As the Head Librarian at our library in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our library operations. This includes supervising library staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining the library's collection and catalog, and providing excellent customer service to patrons. You will also be responsible for promoting the library's services and resources, organizing educational programs and events, and staying updated on current trends in the field of librarianship.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Library Science or a related field, along with previous experience working in a library setting. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for promoting literacy are also essential. Fluency in English is preferred, but not required.
