Smelter Operator
The Smelter Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the smelting process at our facility in Pula. This role requires a strong understanding of smelting techniques, as well as experience working with various metals such as iron, copper, and aluminum. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the smelting process according to established procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure proper metal composition
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a smelting or metallurgy role
- Strong knowledge of smelting techniques and processes
- Experience working with various metals such as iron, copper, and aluminum
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
