We are seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining furnaces and other equipment used in the smelting process. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in high temperatures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate furnaces and other equipment used in the smelting process according to established procedures
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other gauges to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Load raw materials into furnaces and remove molten metal using specialized tools
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or defects and report them immediately
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of production levels and quality control measures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience working as a Smelter Operator preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to work in high temperatures for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Biometric passport required for non-Kenyan nationals

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
