Driver for Local Deliveries in Bergen, Norway


We are a transportation company looking for a reliable and efficient Driver to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Driver, you will be responsible for making local deliveries to various locations within the city. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to make local deliveries within Bergen
- Load and unload goods onto the vehicle
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues regarding delivery details
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made and mileage covered

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of Bergen roads, traffic laws, and regulations is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. Additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and bonuses may also be available.
