Administrative Assistant - Clairvaux
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time job with no English required and no experience necessary, making it a great opportunity for individuals from Africa or Nepal looking to start their career.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain an organized office environment
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant would be beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
