We are currently hiring for the position of Administrator in our company located in Clairvaux, France. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily administrative operations of our company. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
