Senior Accountant - Indian Nationals Only

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing financial analysis and reports for our company in Acre. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to financial reporting. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in English and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop internal control policies to ensure the accuracy of financial records

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Familiarity with Indian tax laws
